Security at Morlo

Last updated: 7/19/2026

Pre-Launch Notice

Morlo is currently in a pre-launch phase. The following security principles outline our current practices and foundational commitments. More comprehensive and finalized security documentation, including detailed compliance frameworks and service level agreements (SLAs), will be released prior to our official public launch.

At Morlo, the security of your data is our highest priority. This document outlines our approach to security, ensuring your productivity data remains safe, private, and always available to you.

Data Encryption

All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher). Data at rest, including database backups and object storage, is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256). We utilize modern cloud infrastructure designed for high availability and robust security.

Infrastructure & Network Security

Our services are hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers. We implement strict network segmentation, Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), and managed firewalls to restrict unauthorized access. Continuous monitoring and automated threat detection systems are in place to mitigate potential risks before they impact our infrastructure.

Access Control & Authentication

Internally, access to infrastructure and customer data is governed by the principle of least privilege. We enforce mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) and regular access reviews for all Morlo employees and contractors. Customer data is strictly segregated and cannot be accessed by staff without explicit, documented business justification.

Continuous Monitoring & Auditing

We actively monitor our applications and infrastructure for vulnerabilities, anomalies, and suspicious activities. Regular security assessments, code reviews, and automated dependency scanning help us maintain a hardened environment.

Data Privacy & AI

As an AI-driven platform, we ensure that your private data is not used to train public foundational models without your explicit consent. Any data processing required for core functionality is performed in isolated, secure environments.

Report a Vulnerability

If you discover any security vulnerability in Morlo, please submit a report and we'll do our best to fix it right away.
