Morlo is currently in a pre-launch phase. These Terms of Service represent a provisional agreement establishing acceptable use and foundational legal boundaries. A comprehensive Terms of Service agreement and End User License Agreement (EULA) will be issued and required for acceptance prior to our official public launch.

All content, features, and functionality of the Morlo Service—including but not limited to software code, design elements, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary algorithms—are the exclusive intellectual property of Morlo Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain all rights and ownership to the data, text, voice recordings, and other content you upload or input into the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Morlo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service provided to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Morlo Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
